NSF Tour of Creech AFB and the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS)
April 30 to May 1, 2024
We are very grateful to our partner and corporate sponsor, Mission Support and Test Services (MSTS), for hosting the 2024 NSF Members Tour of Creech AFB, the Atomic Museum, and the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS).
Requirements: Tour is limited to 30 people, so sign up soon! Registration will close on 13 April. You must be an active NSF member (or guest of a current member) and a US citizen.
Itinerary:
- Mon 29 April – NSF tour participants arrive in Las Vegas.
- Tue 30 April – NSG group picked up at Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel to tour Creech AFB in the morning, lunch and meet cultural specialists at DRI (2nd floor above the Atomic Museum), afternoon tour Atomic Museum.
- Wed 01 May – NSG group picked up at Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel to tour NNSS, return to hotel around 6p.
Hotel: NSF participants need to make their own reservations at the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel (3400 Paradise Road). If you chose to stay somewhere else, please plan to get yourselves to the Renaissance 30 min prior to scheduled pick-up time on both days.
Cost: Participants cover their own travel arrangements and expenses in Las Vegas. In lieu of charging a fee for this trip, we request you make a $100 donation (or greater) to NSF to support the 2024 Youth Security Forum.
